There are many different types of damage your roof can take on. Any type of damage to your roof can be cause for concern, but with Powers Roofing, you don't have to stress! Our team is dedicated to helping you get your roof repaired in a timely manner.
While hail damage is not extremely common in Northeast Ohio, it does happen and, if left unrepaired, can lead to further, more expensive damage.
Tree damage is definitely a scary situation to be in. If a tree falls on your home, the most important thing you can do is to stay away from the damaged area. Give us a call, and we will assess the damage, contact a tree removal company, and make temporary repairs to make your home livable.
After the insurance claim is processed, we can fully repair your roof as soon as possible.
Small leaks are a big inconvenience for homeowners. Not only can leaks in your roof ruin your insulation, drywall, and belongings, but they can also create a mold problem.
Wind damage is one of the most common calls we get. Missing or broken shingles not only look bad, but they can lead to a leak and all of the other problems that come along with that.
We know the importance of quality craftsmanship in a roof! We take the time to ensure your roof is repaired right the first time. We also work with you and your insurance company to assess the damages in order to help you save money on your roof repairs.
If you are interested in learning more about how we approach each of these types of roof damage, or to schedule your repair, contact us today!
Generally, we'll wait for a break in the rain before climbing onto a roof when the rain is still sheeting due to the safety risk. One of the best benefits to choosing Powers Roofing & Exteriors is that we live right here in Mentor, OH, so we'll be watching the weather along with you. Just give us a call, and together we'll determine the best time to tarp your roof.
We can arrange for the tree removal for you. We know a couple of local companies we'd trust with our own homes, and we'll work with them to coordinate any repairs necessary due to a fallen tree.
Check your yard for any shingles that may have blown off. From the ground (do not climb up on your roof yourself), look at your roof for any visible signs of damage. Hail will cause "bruising" and discoloration. Also, check your attic spaces for any signs of water intrusion. Still not sure? Give Powers Roofing a call. We'll come out for a free inspection of your roof.
Your insurance company may send a roof inspector to assess your roof damage claim. They'll be checking to see the extent of the roof damage, what will be required to make the repairs, and also if your roof was poorly maintained or in need of repairs BEFORE the storm. You are entitled to an inspection of your own, however, and our roofing contractor will provide an extra set of eyes to ensure your property will be restored to pre-storm condition.
